Aufgaben
- Define and execute European Medical Device Services strategy
- Drive top-line growth and market share expansion
- Position and evolve service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes
- Partner with Company Presidents, Boards, and Executive Management Teams
- Set long-term objectives, scientific direction, and commercial priorities
- Maintain accountability for P&L performance
- Ensure revenue growth, margin, cost control, and capital discipline
- Translate commercial strategy into operational levers
- Ensure efficient, scalable, and profitable service delivery
- Identify and drive structural performance improvements
- Combine entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline
- Develop, coach, and succession-plan key management talent
- Foster open communication and performance culture
