- Ability to structure complex information and communicate results clearly
- Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable with incomplete or heterogeneous data
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)

- Propose a structured approach for capturing lessons learned
- Explore potential for reusing lessons as machine-readable knowledge
- Build a long-term AI-assisted knowledge base
