- Willingness to travel to EMEA and NA approx. 20%

- Ensure scalable and GMP-compliant processes
- Support process technology strategy
- Lead process equipment selection
- Implement process analytical technology (PAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Understand product requirements
- Identify critical quality attributes (CQAs)
- Consider process parameters and scale-up
- Develop production models
- Support facility design
- Plan operational activities

- Recommend balanced technology options
- Provide technical input
- Contribute to user requirement specifications (URS)
- Create process flow diagrams
- Design equipment layouts
- Partner with automation and OT teams
