Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related quantitative discipline
- Rigorous grasp of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async programming)
- Strong Python ecosystem experience (pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Interest in financial markets and trading
- Entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving, organizational skills, sound judgment, client-focused approach
- Shared drive to learn, improve, achieve impact in a high-energy team
- Curiosity and desire to continuously learn, innovate, and improve
- Ability to work cross-functionally, build strong relationships, adapt to priorities/market conditions
Aufgaben
- Develop business solutions using Language Models and Agentic AI
- Support senior staff in designing AI-driven solutions
- Enhance decision-making velocity for front office and risk systems
- Automate data extraction, synthesis, and reporting
- Build bespoke tools for alternative data analysis
- Process signals using bespoke tools
- Build minimum viable products independently
- Rapidly iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct feasibility studies on AI and deep learning research
- Determine applicability of AI research to business challenges
