Are you a strategic, hands-on recruiter who thrives on finding and engaging top talent while partnering closely with the business? We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter for a 6 months fixed-term contract who combines strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills with a drive to continuously improve how we hire.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of hiring for key roles, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition function. You’ll play a crucial role not just in finding the right people — but in shaping the way we attract, assess, and onboard them.
**What would your role be?**
* Your client coverage will include Technology and Legal & Compliance
* Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders by providing excellent services
* Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents and ensure a diverse pool of candidates, also via direct sourcing
* Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting journey and provide a best-in-class candidate experience based on Vontobel’s hiring standards and processes
* Attend and present Vontobel at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainings
**What are we looking for?**
* Several years’ of experience as a Recruiting- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organization, preferably experience in Technology, Financial Services or FinTech
* In-house recruitment experience would be a plus
* Strong Business Acumen in the professional service sector and a strong partner who enables our Hiring Managers to hire great talent
* An open and winning communicator with high standards in delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
* Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
* Fluent in German and English
