As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
**Your key responsibilities**
* Recruitment:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
* Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
* Employer Branding:
* Develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students.
* Collaborate with universities and student organizations to build strong relationships and expand our presence on campuses.
* Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, workshops, and informational sessions to showcase our brand and career opportunities.
**What we look for**
* A Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Prior experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably in an international environment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness among students.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple recruitment and branding initiatives simultaneously.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment and marketing metrics to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Very good written and spoken French and English skills are a prerequisite.
