## Job Description
To expand our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a **German speaking** Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d) that enjoy managing complex projects in **Life Sciences** sector and like to work in an international environment. You feel like you are the right person? We want to hear from you!
* Develop, implement and maintain cost management procedures and processes to support projects from inception to completion.
* Prepare preliminary, elemental and detailed estimates of construction and related costs.
* Review and evaluate / value-engineer design and outline specifications and exercise cost control in conjunction with the project team.
* During the construction phase, prepare regular cost reports, cashflow forecasts and progress valuations for payment.
* Prepare pro-active estimates for variations.
* Carry out project cost performance analysis to support reporting.
* Undertake quantitative and qualitative risk analysis on the project costs.
* Identify the key programme cost issues and focus attention on the critical elements for delivery within the project.
* Identify significant areas of risk based upon forecast information within the cost reports.
* Communication of the cost management standards throughout the planning and construction teams.
## Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or similar.
* Ideally qualified as a registered Quantity Surveyor.
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience on constructions projects.
