## Job Description
To expand our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a **German speaking** Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) that enjoy managing complex projects in **Life Sciences**sector and like to work in an international environment. You feel like you are the right person? We want to hear from you!
* Participate in a life science construction projects as part of a project team.
* Create and monitor complex project schedules.
* Ensure the accuracy, validity, and completeness of schedules.
* Prepare progress reports for project reporting.
* Identify, analyze, and communicate schedule deviations.
* Develop corrective action proposals to address deviations.
* Coordinate internal and external schedules.
* Evaluate scheduling approaches and control systems.
* Develop and implement improvement measures.
* Act as a consultant to promote structured communication with internal departments and external planning teams.
## Qualifications
* Planning experience who has delivered **Complex Pharmaceutical or Bio - Pharmaceutical projects**
* Experience in construction scheduling/planning
* Knowledge and experience of all of the main design or project management concepts, tools and techniques
* Experience of working with General Contractors in a project management, or scheduler/planner capacity
* Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering
* Understanding of the financial aspects of a project
* Primavera P6 planner desirable
* You have **fluency in both German and English**, spoken and written.
