##### We are seeking for
As a Program Manager in KLU’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and scaling high-impact learning experiences for professionals. This role blends hands-on project leadership, client engagement, and business development—perfectly aligned with KLU’s mission to empower leaders with an operations mindset. The position is full-time and limited to 2 years.
##### Your Responsibilities
**Client Engagement & Business Development**
* Act as a trusted advisor and key account manager for corporate clients and university partners.
* Identify client learning needs and co-develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
* Support marketing and sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals and representing KLU at networking events.
* Contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and relationship building.
**Program Design & Delivery**
* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of executive education programs (customized and open enrollment).
* Collaborate with the Executive Education leadership, faculty and sales-team to co-create innovative, relevant, and impactful learning journeys.
* Ensure seamless delivery of programs—on-site, online, and hybrid—by managing logistics, participant experience, and faculty support.
* Travel with participants to seminar locations across Europe, ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
**Operational Excellence & Innovation**
* Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
* Maintain CRM systems and oversee program documentation, reporting, and feedback analysis.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
* Stay current with trends in executive education, logistics, supply chain management, and leadership to inform program innovation.
