## Become Product Owner (m/f/d) at Retarus. ### What we offer * Mobile working and flexible working hours * Flat hierarchies and a diverse & collaborative corporate culture * Very good development opportunities and career prospects * International business and cross-location collaboration * Modern, dog-friendly offices with free drinks and a wide selection of snacks * Language courses, sports with our own health and fitness coach, team events and much more... ### What you'll do * Focus on the requirements description by creating epics and user stories to create a clear basis for the further development of the product * Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog and sorting in terms of effort and availability; coordination of the operational product roadmap * Covering the Product Owner role in Scrum development teams and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint-reviews and cross-departmental technical coordination meetings * Identifying market requirements, customer needs and customer experience, e.g. through analyses, surveys and interviews * Supporting the Head of Product Management in the creation of the strategic product roadmap * Ensuring user-friendly product descriptions and product structures; providing documentation for review by technical writers * Close cooperation with Implementation, Application Operations, Technical Consultants, Support and Service to ensure smooth implementation and technical support * Improving product expertise in the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product ### What you'll need * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a product owner role, (technical) product manager role or technical consulting role. * At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a related product area preferred, e.g. messaging, email, supply chain, or IDP. * Background in the large enterprises segment preferred. * Technical talent with strong analytical skills. * Proficiency in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and present to stakeholders. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English, German preferred ### What you can expect At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
