# MSAT Microbial Process Expert DSP 80-100% (m/f/d) **CH - Visp** | **Full time** The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a MSAT Microbial Process Expert DSP (m/f/d) to support our growth project Vibe-X, a customer-dedicated plant for a conjugated vaccine. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful commissioning of the facility and later realization of the PPQ and further production campaigns. You will play a crucial role in the network between the different departments as manufacturing, development, quality assurance and control. Become part of this exciting opportunity and apply now! Key responsibilities: * Process owner of technical transfer, ramp-up and commissioning of the facility currently in construction * Deliver process know-how, scientific expertise as well as operational excellence with regard to biopharma API/DS production * Ensure right first time process technology transfer, scalability and manufacturability in cooperation with the project cross-functional team (customer, PD, Ops, QA, QC, etc.) * Prepare validation and commercial campaigns, support process validation activities and production campaigns, lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor * Lead change control management and deviation investigations as well as CAPAs * Process optimization by regular data analysis and compilation of CPV and APQR reports * Improve workflows and production assets by driving relevant innovation projects Key requirements: * Master or PhD (preferred) in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines * Significant (multi-year) experience in biopharma manufacturing and / or process development, preferably in the area of DSP (Microbial or Mammalian) * Hands-on experience with downstream processing technologies (chromatography, filtration techniques, continuous centrifugation) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound technical decisions. * cGMP experience and deep understanding of Bioprocess technology * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. * Fluency in English required, German would be an advantage * Creative, agile and open-minded Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
