| # Executive Assistant Location: Gstaad, BE, CH Team: Administration Job type: Permanent ## The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Founder of one of our love brands. By managing a variety of personal tasks and responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will ensure the founder can dedicate their full attention and energy to growing the business. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, flexible worker with excellent time management and communication skills. ## What you'll get to do | | | --- | | * Providing flexible, travel- ready support to the Founder both personally and professionally. * Support personal arrangements through effective diary management, and inbox management when required. * Book and manage complex travel itineraries both personally and professionally. * Assist with leveraging the Founders hospitality network to explore new product placement opportunities within five-star hotels and spas globally.
