Do you have a passion for data and its power to drive business growth? We are seeking a Data & Insights Catalyst to join our team and play a key role in our EMEA/LATAM digital and growth marketing efforts.
### The Opportunity
As a **Data Insights Manager** you will be instrumental in contributing to and implementing data strategies in support of the region’s commercial objectives. You will actively help translate available insights into actions suitable at all stakeholder levels. Your focus will specifically be on B2C initiatives ensuring that all findings are reported directly and relevant action is identified.
Analytics Technologies
* Consulting & Standards: Provide consulting to sales, marketing and service organization on the best use of the tools, align on harmonized metrics & kpi’s, best practices and ways of working
* Data Strategy: develop and drive a consistent data & insights strategy supporting the digital marketing efforts and enable the ability to generate relevant insights supportive of decision making at the highest level. Manage the capabilities connected to data & insights, drive adoption and harmonization of connected processes and align to the enterprise level architecture
* Data Strategy Contribution & Planning: Contribute to the development of a regional data strategy and support its implementation and adoption in the region.
Excellence & Innovation
* Trend Monitoring: Actively monitor, evaluate, and share insights on the latest technology trends and their potential applications in support of commercial data strategies. Suggest key investment opportunities driving growth.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
* Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global, Regional & Local Marketers & Senior Leaders
* Facilitating Collaboration: Enable effective cross-functional collaboration to connect key stakeholders, ensure alignment, and drive timely decision-making

### Who You Are
You are an experienced technology professional with a passion for Data and its strategic use to drive commercial performance. You possess a flexible mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and thrive in a collaborative, complex and evolving international organization.
* Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing data driven technology solutions
* Demonstrated experience with digital marketing campaigns and technologies (e.g., Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.)
* Tactical Expertise: Ability to build data-driven narratives
* Insights & KPI Reporting: Proven experience in developing and managing reporting solutions
* Analytical & Performance Optimization Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro), BI dashboards, and other data sources to derive insights, measure campaign performance (ROI, KPIs), and drive continuous optimization
* Stakeholder Management & Communication: Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively collaborate in a complex, matrixed organization
* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies, ensuring timely delivery
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
