Are you an experienced CRM professional with a passion for data-driven marketing automation and an exceptional customer journey? Do you love translating concepts into concrete campaigns and optimizing their performance down to the last detail? Then we're looking for you!
As a CRM Lifecycle Manager (m/f/d), you'll be a key player in our team. You'll be responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of our automated, cross-channel lifecycle campaigns, and you'll play a central role in the strategic development of our mobile engagement. Your goal: to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and delight our customers through relevant and personalized communication.
*The position is initially limited to 18 months, with a preferred start date of November 1st.*
* Strategize & Execute Lifecycle Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel automated lifecycle campaigns, specifically tailoring them to customer behavior. You'll own the full lifecycle journey, including email and push communications
* Enhance Mobile Engagement: Analyze and strategically develop our mobile customer communication, focusing on trigger logic, performance, and optimizing the user experience through effective content governance and frequency capping
* Drive Performance & Optimization: Leverage customer data to trigger automation flows, monitor key CRM metrics, and derive actionable insights. You'll conduct weekly performance tracking and lead A/B testing to continuously refine and maximize the impact of all CRM communications
* Explore AI-Driven Opportunities: Actively identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into CRM processes, campaign optimization, and personalization efforts to drive efficiency and enhance customer relevance
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Brand/Graphics, Data, Product, and your CRM team peers to ensure seamless execution and align initiatives
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Loyalty Marketing in a dynamic e-commerce environment
* You have proficient experience with an email service provider (ideally Emarsys), experience with personalization tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) are a plus
* Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset; you love interpreting numbers and deriving actionable insights
* Practical experience in conceiving and conducting A/B tests.
* Deep understanding of Customer Journeys and Lifecycle Marketing and an empathic mindset to understand our customer needs at a certain lifestage
* You have good experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
* You are a team player with enthusiasm and commitment
* You are enthusiastic about the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRM
* You speak English fluently; English is required, German language skills are a plus
