In collaboration with Admaren Tech (India), we’ve launched a groundbreaking company – SecureLoad. SecureLoad is the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner, built to transform how vessels manage maritime operations. This next-generation solution brings together German reliability and Indian software excellence, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient maritime operations.
As Business Development Manager – SecureLoad, you will lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on the European market. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and execute the SecureLoad sales strategy aligned
* Engage with ship owners, operators and shipyards to showcase SecureLoad
* Delivering impactful product demonstrations to highlight technical value and ROI
* Coordinate with SecureLoad’s local sales team to drive joint go-to-market activities
* Prepare compelling proposals, manage RFQs, lead technical-commercial negotiations
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (pipeline, orders, revenue)
* Provide market insights to refine sales tactics and product features
* Represent SecureLoad at industry events and trade shows (e.g. Breakbulk Europe, local conferences)
##### Your profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in maritime field
* 7+ years of B2B sales experience in shipping, heavy-lift, offshore, or maritime IT solutions
* Strong understanding of cargo planning and operations
* Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading cross-border collaborations
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to India, Europe, and key maritime regions
* Self-driven, strategic thinker, relationship-oriented and deadline-focused
