  • Structured working style, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills and clear written communication
  • Business-fluent German and English skills

Tasks

  • Support CodeCraft team in daily operations
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Structure and maintain backlog items
  • Prepare and program reports, roadmaps, and timelines
  • Assist with coordination tasks with external DevOps partners
  • Prepare and document meetings with DevOps partners
  • Analyze user touchpoints and feedback
  • Derive insights for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to improving CodeCraft services and processes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
