  • First practical experience in an international company
  • Intercultural understanding and openness to different cultures
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Tasks

  • Support daily procurement activities
  • Assist operational onshore wind and solar projects
  • Participate in tenders with international teams
  • Manage service contracts and agreements
  • Analyze and evaluate tender documents
  • Create price comparisons
  • Manage purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Prepare internal and external meetings
  • Handle ad-hoc project requests
  • Develop lessons learned and supplier management database
  • Implement framework agreements in SAP
  • Place call-offs against framework agreements
  • Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders
  • Support invoice queries for purchase orders

Education

  • Currently in higher education
