Requirements
- Enrolled student at University or University of Applied Sciences
- Preferred study fields: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, Translation Studies, or Applied Linguistics
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and Canva
- Interest in software and technology
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Adobe Creative Suite skills (esp. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva skills are a plus
- Fluent English and German
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Team player passionate about marketing and communication topics
Tasks
- Set up microsites and registration pages for academic events
- Support events at SAP headquarters in Walldorf
- Create and publish content across communication platforms
- Plan, write, and edit content for newsletters and mailing communications
- Research and develop communication materials for initiatives and campaigns
- Produce marketing and event-related assets, including graphics and videos
- Manage tasks related to the SAP Community
- Explore new communication and marketing trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance visibility and reach
- Gain hands-on experience in B2B and education marketing
- Work closely with an international team
- Build a strong portfolio of marketing and event assets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Learn SAP brand guidelines, processes, and tools
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
