Requirements
- Led complex transformation programmes in tech, deep-tech, defence, or fast-scaling environments
- Programme management qualification (PMP or PRINCE2) applied in mixed engineering/finance contexts
- Built Board-ready governance dashboards and presented to C-suite/Board
- Fluent in financial modelling and budget governance
- Build trust and influence across departments without relying on hierarchy
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies across engineering and finance
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered PMO tooling
Tasks
- Govern major company-wide programmes
- Build and maintain strategic truth source
- Design governance cadence for decision-making
- Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates
- Track top strategic programmes and milestones
- Surface resource conflicts and risks proactively
- Maintain programme risk register
- Present blockers with clear options
- Manage Finance Transformation budget
- Report quarterly return on investment
- Use AI tools for status synthesis
- Produce CFO-ready dashboards
- Deploy automated dependency tracking
