- Provide advanced Tier 3 technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with R&D and product management
- Maintain expertise on ONE LabPro and transport products
- Stay updated with product enhancements and industry trends
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Test and validate new software releases
- Participate in product improvement discussions
- Create training materials and user guides
- Conduct internal training sessions
- Contribute to internal and customer knowledge bases
- Manage the lab for T3 troubleshooting and customer access
