Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong teamwork, open and transparent communication, proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Foundational knowledge of core IT principles and concepts
  • Practical experience managing Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Basic programming skills, preferably command line scripting and Python
  • Fluent English (negotiation level) required; French or German knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in software license management and monitoring is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
  • Bachelor degree with relevant work experience and/or master degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open and transparent communication, proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Foundational knowledge of core IT principles, including infrastructure and architectural concepts
  • Practical experience managing both Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Basic programming skills, preferably in command line scripting and Python
  • Fluent (negotiation level) English skills are required; knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Experience in software license management and monitoring is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

Tasks

  • Guarantee continuous license access for engineering teams
  • Manage entire license infrastructure, including platforms and software delivery systems
  • Resolve technical and software obsolescence issues
  • Handle license-related configuration settings on end-user PCs
  • Coordinate external subcontractors for license file registration
  • Monitor license validity proactively to prevent expirations
  • Maintain and enhance license monitoring solution
  • Ensure availability of monitoring reports
  • Expand scope and improve functionality of license monitoring system
  • Oversee L2 support activities for license-related issues
  • Collaborate with group-wide license management team
  • Contribute to corporate license management initiatives
  • Ensure strict compliance with software license contracts
