Requirements

  • Several years of experience as architect in cloud-native environments
  • Very good knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience with microservices and API architectures
  • Strong understanding of event-driven systems
  • Experience with AI integration in software products
  • Cloud architecture experience (containers, orchestration, scaling)
  • High technical credibility with senior engineers
  • SAP BTP, SAP CAP (Node.js/CDS), S/4HANA Public Cloud Side-by-Side Extensions, Clean Core OData APIs
  • SAP Business Events, Event Mesh, Event-Driven Architecture
  • HANA Cloud (HDI, Vector Engine), Generative AI / SAP AI Core, RAG, LLM-Integration, LangChain / LangGraph
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture, Cloud Foundry / Kyma, XSUAA / IAS / IPS, CI/CD (SAP)

Tasks

  • Design cloud-native product architecture
  • Develop microservices architectures
  • Implement API-first and event-driven concepts
  • Define service boundaries and data flows
  • Ensure multi-tenant capability
  • Integrate AI features into the product
  • Design technical architecture for AI
  • Incorporate LLMs and AI services within guardrails
  • Optimize performance and cost of AI features
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Deployment Engineers
  • Design containerization and cloud deployment
  • Create HLD, SDD, and TDD up to Epic level
  • Conduct technical reviews and approvals
  • Participate in the Architecture Board
  • Operate within Enterprise Architect guidelines
