Requirements

Tasks

  • Teach IBMYP Individuals & Societies
  • Foster a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment
  • Incorporate varied instructional models and assessment methods
  • Lead development of inquiry-based and conceptually driven curriculum units
  • Value and utilize diverse cultures and perspectives
  • Ensure all students feel represented and included
  • Motivate students to be actively engaged in their learning
  • Develop students' deep interest in human societies and environments
  • Promote student well-being and academic growth
  • Teach effectively across diverse motivations and abilities
  • Plan collaboratively across disciplines
  • Participate actively in the school’s community
  • Contribute to Theory of Knowledge (ToK) instruction
  • Support Personal Project and Extended Essay
  • Engage in CAS activities
