Requirements
- 7+ years relevant work experience in partner management, business development, sales, or demand generation marketing with focus on car audio
- Experience working with VW group
- Experience designing and executing joint plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint
- Expert understanding of driving business and marketing with and through customer ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue
- Cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving, and bias for action
- Motivated self-starter thriving in complex, challenging environments of rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate for best results
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with internal and external individuals
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Increase car audio take rates at all VW group brands
- Execute marketing activities and maintain customer presence
- Conduct market analysis and research for car audio products
- Prepare strategic concept descriptions and price indications
- Develop technical and commercial offers and conduct negotiations
- Collaborate with the customer's marketing department
- Identify business potential and develop measures to increase customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with OEM sales channels, dealer management teams, and fleet business responsible
- Support functions focused on driving revenue growth for Branded Audio and Connected Car products
- Understand and navigate customer-specific go-to-market approaches globally
- Develop strategic plans that promote joint agendas
- Act as the primary Harman contact and consultant for strategic joint growth plans
- Build compelling joint-value proposition-oriented programs
- Generate disruptive and out-of-the-box ideas for revenue growth
- Pitch ideas to the customer and seek approval and support
- Work closely with CAMs and Marketing to execute best-in-class plans
- Monitor and report on the success of programs internally and to the customer
- Lead program management and develop detailed project plans
- Set campaign goals, disruptive ideas, action plans, and success metrics
- Report to customer and CAM management at Director level
