Requirements

  • Commercial diploma or degree in business administration
  • 3-5 years experience in Procurement, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk, or GRC function
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk domains
  • Proven ability to assess risk in complex supplier arrangements
  • Familiarity with supplier due diligence techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Tasks

  • Conduct risk assessments for existing and new suppliers
  • Perform due diligence reviews involving second-line functions
  • Document and maintain due diligence templates and playbooks
  • Manage supplier questionnaire distribution and analysis
  • Support identification of sub-tier risks using automated tools
  • Review legacy contracts for risk exposure and compliance gaps
  • Provide regular supplier risk reporting and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Global Category Management and Business Stakeholders
  • Act as primary interface between Global Procurement and risk functions

  • Vocational certificationOR
