Requirements
- Several years of experience in business development or new business sales with proven track record of closing complex deals
- Experience selling innovative, consultative services and projects in technologically demanding environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident presence when interacting with senior stakeholders up to C-level
- Resilient network in German industry or consumer products sector for business development (advantage)
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Strong English skills for internal collaboration and international contexts (plus)
- Willingness to apply even if not all requirements are met
Tasks

- Develop sustainable partnerships
- Acquire new clients in Industry & Consumer Products
- Build and maintain a new-business pipeline
- Manage the entire sales process
- Conduct initial client contact and discovery
- Develop and negotiate proposals
- Close sales contracts
- Represent Zühlke in industry networks
- Participate in relevant associations and events
- Position Zühlke as a strategic technology partner
- Collaborate with consulting and engineering teams
- Shape compelling client solutions
