- 3+ years TSCM, electronic security, signals analysis, counterintelligence, or technical security operations experience
- Experience supporting operations in SCIFs, secure facilities, or classified environments
- Experience operating TSCM equipment and conducting detection sweeps
- TEMPEST experience for System Installation and Facility Design
- Knowledge of RF communications, signal propagation, electronics, and technical surveillance methods
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and coordinate with personnel
- Ability to provide detailed reporting on technical security risks
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Intelligence Studies
- ICD-705 SCIF Construction Certification
- Eligibility for access to classified information
Tasks
- Support protection of classified information
- Detect and mitigate technical surveillance threats
- Lead small technical teams in Spectrum Analysis
- Conduct TSCM surveys and TEMPEST inspections
- Ensure compliance with IC, DoD, and federal standards
- Assist in leading Spectrum Analysis survey operations
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and access requirements
- Perform detailed electronic and physical inspections
- Identify and neutralize covert surveillance threats
- Inspect building infrastructure for concealment points
- Operate advanced TSCM detection equipment
- Detect unauthorized electronic components and signals
- Analyze RF spectrum and signal activity
- Establish baseline signal environments
- Identify and track suspicious transmissions
- Develop and execute TSCM operational plans
- Support planning and scheduling of TSCM surveys
- Document survey methodologies and results
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and sponsors
- Coordinate with security and counterintelligence stakeholders
- Ensure proper access control and threat awareness
- Maintain and calibrate spectrum analysis equipment
- Manage inventory and equipment lifecycle
- Support secure construction and facility accreditation
- Evaluate construction projects for security standards
- Conduct communications vulnerability assessments
- Analyze communication systems for vulnerabilities
- Respond to technical security incidents and threats
- Conduct initial identification and analysis
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Develop corrective actions and technical solutions
