Requirements

  • Academic degree in business administration, mechanical, chemistry, or process industry, or equivalent training and relevant professional experience
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement in pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred
  • Commercial and administrative knowledge
  • Communication skills, teamwork, independent work, analytical thinking, project management skills
  • SAP and ARIBA knowledge desirable
  • MS Office knowledge required
  • Experience working with teams in multinational environment desirable
  • Very good German and English, written and spoken

Tasks

  • Support strategic and operational sourcing for product transfers
  • Manage procurement activities for product transfers
  • Build and develop supplier relationships
  • Select, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Oversee supplier service level agreements
  • Act as primary supplier contact
  • Initiate and follow procurement change control processes
  • Handle deviations, complaints, and claims
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through collaboration
  • Execute operational procurement in SAP
  • Maintain master data in SAP and related systems
  • Ensure data quality and compliance in internal systems
  • Collaborate with global procurement and local stakeholders
  • Support procurement projects and initiatives
  • Analyze procurement data and KPIs
  • Support quality assurance processes
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Identify new suppliers for supply security
