Special Security Representative(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Minimum TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree and 3 years experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience, or Associate's degree and 7 years experience, or 10 years relevant work experience
- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance, or ability to obtain
- In-depth knowledge of labor category activities for mission requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience facilitating conferences, meetings, and working groups
- Experience gathering, preparing, editing, organizing, establishing, managing, safeguarding, and/or preparing accurate information
- Knowledge of security policies and procedures, including National Industrial Security Program
- Knowledge of Supplement and DoD 5105.21 volumes 1-3
- Experience planning or accrediting facilities per ICD 705 standard
- More than five years as SSR Administrator
- More than five years operations-intelligence and/or security assessment support and analysis experience within DoD or IC
- More than five years military experience, and/or combination of military and IC Agency experience
Tasks
- Provide expert security advice on complex projects
- Support SOCAF SSR in developing and maintaining SCI policies
- Manage SOCAFRICA's SCI access program
- Maintain personnel records and DISS subject reports
- Conduct security-related indoctrination and training
- Maintain temporary and permanent SCIF locations
- Support Special Security Programs for SOCAF HQ and units
- Collect and process foreign travel requests and debriefs
- Gather foreign contact information activities
- Facilitate T5 and T5R investigations
- Coordinate monthly random SCIF inspections
- Coordinate semi-annual Alamar tests
- Manage SCIF alarm and access system maintenance
- Advise J2 chain on SCI personnel and facilities
- Implement policies for information and personnel protection
- Evaluate and maintain security policies and procedures
- Develop and implement background check procedures
- Conduct security inspections and site visits
- Develop findings and recommendations for security improvements
- Assist in developing local security guidelines
- Track official and nonofficial security taskers
- Manage access card and badge accounting
- Screen and verify employees' authorized access
- Conduct badge checks for recovery and destruction
- Provide technical guidance for physical security and access control
