Tasks

  • Align and implement project calendars
  • Develop and maintain Level 1 & Level 2 schedules
  • Integrate Level 3 schedules into IPS
  • Monitor key performance indicators

  • Manage project budgets and cost control
  • Negotiate and review change orders
  • Identify potential cost savings
  • Review and verify contractor invoices
  • Generate regular budget and progress reports
  • Oversee budget and risk management
  • Liaise with project stakeholders
  • Document design changes and update budgets
  • Maintain accurate project cost records
  • Monitor project progress monthly
  • Update budget, cash flow, and actuals
  • Report milestone and earned value data
  • Attend project status meetings
