Tasks
- Secure and expand enterprise clients in retail and B2B
- Lead C-suite engagements and digital transformation initiatives
- Close complex, multi-million dollar platform deals
- Serve as primary point of contact for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with customer success team and executives
- Manage multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-suite executives
- Articulate commercetools' capabilities and differentiation
- Engage technical teams with solutions consultants
- Partner with value engineering team for customer outcomes
- Drive top-line growth with cross and up-sell campaigns
- Manage complex sales processes using MEDDPICC
- Collaborate with ISVs and SIs for client success
- Develop and execute tailored account plans
- Orchestrate internal and external resources for transformation
- Influence digital strategy at board and executive levels
- Position commercetools as an innovation partner
- Close multi-year, multi-solution platform agreements
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Track and report on key account metrics
