Tasks

  • Secure and expand enterprise clients in retail and B2B
  • Lead C-suite engagements and digital transformation initiatives
  • Close complex, multi-million dollar platform deals
  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-value accounts
  • Collaborate with customer success team and executives
  • Manage multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-suite executives
  • Articulate commercetools' capabilities and differentiation
  • Engage technical teams with solutions consultants
  • Partner with value engineering team for customer outcomes
  • Drive top-line growth with cross and up-sell campaigns
  • Manage complex sales processes using MEDDPICC
  • Collaborate with ISVs and SIs for client success
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources for transformation
  • Influence digital strategy at board and executive levels
  • Position commercetools as an innovation partner
  • Close multi-year, multi-solution platform agreements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Track and report on key account metrics
