  • Prepare, review, and submit invoices
  • Develop and manage travel and purchasing processes
  • Support annual operating plans and updates
  • Develop financial controls and forecasting techniques
  • Monitor program EACs and cost performance
  • Analyze costs by CLIN and SLIN
  • Recommend cost savings and develop performance reports
  • Contribute to contract deliverable development
  • Mentor and manage other finance personnel
  • Establish goals to meet project objectives
  • Utilize corporate systems for financial data analysis
