Tasks
- Lead and manage program financial operations
- Report contractor and subcontractor labor hours
- Participate in weekly technical status meetings
- Provide financial support for planning and forecasting
- Manage cost, funding, labor charging, and internal reporting
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices
- Develop and manage travel and purchasing processes
- Support annual operating plans and updates
- Develop financial controls and forecasting techniques
- Monitor program EACs and cost performance
- Analyze costs by CLIN and SLIN
- Recommend cost savings and develop performance reports
- Contribute to contract deliverable development
- Mentor and manage other finance personnel
- Establish goals to meet project objectives
- Utilize corporate systems for financial data analysis
