Senior Growth Manager - Partnerships(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Background from top-tier consulting, scale-up, or entrepreneurship
- Entrepreneurial nature and desire for depth
- Curiosity over sector experience
- Proficiency in reading dashboards (Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Ability to spot cohort revenue drops quickly
- Bilingual communication (commercial and technical)
- Familiarity with platform-marketing metrics (ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)
- Managed advertiser/partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
- Ability to read postbacks and navigate attribution disputes
- Ability to explain View-Through Attribution
- Background with Meta, Google, AppLovin, ironSource, or Unity Ads
- Experience building and growing book of business measurably
- Actual usage of Hex
- Experience with rewarded UA platform admin
- Experience on the advertiser side of rewarded UA platform
Tasks
- Manage 5-15 advertiser accounts end-to-end
- Drive account growth and resolve issues
- Adjust ROAS targets hourly for offers, geos, and OS
- Translate cap-fill outcomes and retention targets into bid adjustments
- Use Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Freecash AI daily
- Anticipate and address account issues before advertisers
- Propose budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests
- Translate between commercial and technical teams
- Debug cost-data drift and coordinate with engineering
- Document weekly improvements to standard operating procedures
