Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or state-certified technician
- Proven experience in customer/technical support, preferably in robotics/automation
- Familiarity with robotic systems, programming languages, and automation technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in German and English
- Class B driver’s license / internationally valid driver’s license
Tasks
- Provide timely technical assistance for robotic products
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues
- Use remote tools to diagnose and troubleshoot systems
- Offer onsite support for dedicated cases and customers
- Engage in stakeholder activities for key clients and partners
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Convey technical information clearly to all users
- Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
- Investigate and analyze reported issues
- Identify root causes and implement solutions
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Stay updated on latest product features and updates
- Train customers on robotic product usage
- Collect and share customer feedback with development
- Create support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
- Improve support processes, systems, and tools
- Support global support team introduction and optimization
