- Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or adjacent B2B vertical
- Selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
- Closing deals across Europe
- Consultative, value-based selling capability
- Deep discovery skills
- Executive storytelling skills
- Business case/ROI creation skills
- Procurement negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Technical acumen in platform/integration-heavy environments
- Partnering with Solution Architects
- Leading credible IT/product team conversations
- High ownership
- Structured execution in build-mode environments
- Ability to create clarity and momentum without heavy process
- Strong internal collaboration skills
- Working closely with founders, senior leadership, SA, CS, Marketing
- Europe-based
- Willingness to travel for key enterprise moments
- Munich or Berlin based
- German speaking
- Existing network across European hotel groups, ownership/management companies, consultants, or hospitality tech ecosystem
- Excitement about agentic AI for enterprise hospitality
- Motivation to make AI real with strategic customers
- Pragmatic, risk-aware approach to AI implementation
- Experience selling platform products
- Experience orchestrating partner-rich solutions
Tasks
- Win new enterprise business across Europe
- Build initial traction with Global accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles
- Create compelling executive narratives and business cases
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture team
- Partner with founders and senior leadership
- Maintain executive alignment and unblock risks
- Identify expansion pathways with Customer Success
- Build a trusted network in the hospitality industry
- Represent Apaleo in executive forums and industry events
- Feed market insights back into GTM and product direction
