Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or comparable field
- Experience as Data Analyst in retail, sales, or FMCG environments
- Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
- Experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
- Solid knowledge of KPI development, data visualization, and data storytelling
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Tasks
- Analyze retail, sales, and performance data
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks
- Prepare billing analyses and revenue evaluations
- Monitor Joint Business Plans and evaluate marketing success
- Conduct sell-out analyses for specialty retail
- Perform payroll analyses and cost variance assessments
- Maintain a Top Door Tracker for high-performing stores
- Analyze and track expert sales performance
- Derive actionable recommendations for optimization
- Support forecasting and budget planning
- Collaborate with Field Teams, Key Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and HR
- Ensure high data quality and transparency
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic decisions

- Bachelor's degree
