Requirements
- Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and initial experience as a program manager or equivalent qualifications and work experience
- Mandatory professional experience in manufacturing process of elastomer molded parts and/or thermoplastics and project management
- Project, Design engineering or technical engineering experience (a plus)
- CAD knowledge (SolidWorks) and basic knowledge of IATF quality requirements (an advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25% per year)
- High personal responsibility, assertiveness, strong team spirit, and high service orientation
- Fluent written and oral English skills (level C1)
- German language skills (an advantage)
Tasks
- Oversee product launches from start to serial hand-over
- Optimize customer and internal unit interfaces in product development
- Support projects from quotation preparation to series release
- Plan and track projects to meet customer expectations
- Serve as a technical contact for customers
- Support customers during co-engineering
- Prepare all release documentation
- Procure project-specific manufacturing equipment and test facilities

- Bachelor's degree
