  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse partners
  • Fluency in English required
  • Proficiency in French is an advantage

Tasks

  • Produce and disseminate high-quality research
  • Contribute to accreditation KPIs
  • Strengthen Glion’s thought leadership in luxury hospitality
  • Integrate industry partnerships into research
  • Incorporate industry data and insights into teaching
  • Support externally funded and industry-sponsored projects
  • Contribute to GRPI department’s strategic development
  • Support research themes and funding opportunities
  • Promote cross-disciplinary initiatives
  • Provide research leadership and mentoring
  • Guide junior faculty in research
  • Shape research themes
  • Supervise publication pipelines
  • Support grant applications and funded projects
  • Teach graduate and executive level courses
  • Embed research insights into classroom teaching
  • Ensure research supports faculty and student development
  • Engage in curriculum innovation
  • Design modern pedagogical approaches
  • Adhere to GIHE quality standards
  • Contribute to student development and supervision
