Requirements
- Min. 3 years experience in development, design, testing of electromechanical equipment
- German speaking and writing (native or C2)
- English speaking and writing (min. B1, B2 preferred)
- French speaking and writing (optional)
- Knowledge of machining/chip-removal processes (optional)
- Knowledge of Hydraulics (optional)
- Knowledge of materials and welding (optional)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented with open and clear communication
Tasks
- Join the bolt replacement and special products team
- Contribute to the development of specialized equipment
- Design concepts for repair processes in nuclear power plants
- Collaborate with design engineers to realize concepts
- Support the development and testing of new equipment
- Participate in customer reviews and on-site activities
- Drive FOAK projects from prototype to maturity
- Prepare project documentation including work instructions
- Create development programs, test reports, and bills of materials
- Provide ongoing support for existing products
- Troubleshoot and coordinate spare parts
- Train technicians
- Contribute to active projects
- Collaborate across departments and international teams
- Foster cross-country collaboration within the organization
