Requirements

  • Min. 3 years experience in development, design, testing of electromechanical equipment
  • German speaking and writing (native or C2)
  • English speaking and writing (min. B1, B2 preferred)
  • French speaking and writing (optional)
  • Knowledge of machining/chip-removal processes (optional)
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics (optional)
  • Knowledge of materials and welding (optional)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Team-oriented with open and clear communication

Tasks

  • Join the bolt replacement and special products team
  • Contribute to the development of specialized equipment
  • Design concepts for repair processes in nuclear power plants
  • Collaborate with design engineers to realize concepts
  • Support the development and testing of new equipment
  • Participate in customer reviews and on-site activities
  • Drive FOAK projects from prototype to maturity
  • Prepare project documentation including work instructions
  • Create development programs, test reports, and bills of materials
  • Provide ongoing support for existing products
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate spare parts
  • Train technicians
  • Contribute to active projects
  • Collaborate across departments and international teams
  • Foster cross-country collaboration within the organization
