Tasks
- Manage day-to-day administration for Berlin, Milan, and Istanbul offices
- Handle accounts payable and financial reconciliations
- Oversee administrative tasks and office protocols
- Ensure Health & Safety and facilities management
- Support the Trade Commissioner and Berlin-based team
- Coordinate logistics for Berlin, Milan, and Istanbul offices
- Manage invoice processes and team finances
- Facilitate seamless payroll and budgeting support
- Collaborate with Regional Operations and Finance Managers
- Manage reporting and audit requirements
- Maintain office vendor relationships
- Support IT-related activities
- Assist with local visits of business and ministerial delegations
- Provide event support and logistics
- Contribute to the efficient running of the finance function
- Own financial processes for timely completion
- Handle payroll management and budgeting
- Manage assets and internal and external audits
