Description

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for marine warranty surveyor activities, ensuring that all procedures and documentation meet necessary standards. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating reviews, facilitating audits, and supporting teams in compliance efforts.

Requirements

• •Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Logistics, or a related field
• •3–5 years of experience in offshore wind, marine operations, or heavy transport projects
• •Experience working with or alongside Marine Warranty Surveyors or project insurers
• •Good understanding of marine operations, offshore installation methods, and vessel logistics
• •Familiarity with MWS processes, marine assurance frameworks, and heavy lift documentation
• •Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and compliance
• •Ability to manage documentation workflows and multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines

Tasks

• •Act as the primary liaison for MWS-related matters
• •Coordinate preparation and quality review of marine procedures
• •Submit and obtain approval for method statements and lift plans
• •Track MWS reviews and approvals to ensure compliance
• •Support teams in interpreting MWS and insurer requirements
• •Facilitate MWS audits, inspections, and readiness reviews
• •Maintain records of communications and approvals
• •Manage MWS governance tools and document registers
• •Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays
