- Partner with footwear technicians and material experts
- Manage product development from concept to production
- Enhance product performance with sport-specific knowledge
- Develop new construction and manufacturing processes
- Analyze designs for manufacturability and material properties
- Engineer products to meet cost targets
- Secure initial FOB cost quotes and adjust prices
- Test materials, processes, prototypes, and development samples
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Update the system for accuracy and timeliness
- Achieve KPIs for margins, sustainability, and on-time delivery
- Foster a knowledge-sharing culture
- Mentor junior team members
- Support cross-functional projects
