  • Additional foreign studies (e.g. LL.M.) advantageous
  • Legal generalist with business acumen
  • Strong understanding of project business
  • Understanding of international matrix structures
  • Understanding of process and business workflows
  • Strong knowledge of contract law
  • Strong knowledge of construction law
  • Ability to act as business partner

  • Support business units and management in legal issues

  • Coordinate disputes and court proceedings with external lawyers
  • Collaborate with European and global legal teams
  • Work on strategic initiatives and transformation processes
  • Address cross-regional legal issues
