Tasks

  • Configure and operate endpoints
  • Manage workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Set up and maintain communication technology
  • Assess requirements from German regulatory documents
  • Build and maintain air-gapped environments
  • Use Active Directory and genua networking kit
  • Configure and operate local office LAN and VPN
  • Partner with IT team for environment optimization
  • Support corporate, development, and customer environments
  • Use Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
  • Provide end user support to all employees
  • Focus on local office support
