Tasks
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic vision
- Identify market trends and competitive opportunities
- Oversee all aspects of operations, supply chain, CI, EH&S, and engineering
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement The Catalent Way for process optimization and efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to the site leadership team
- Build a strong talent pipeline for key roles
- Establish and monitor performance objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer needs
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve operational issues proactively
- Ensure financial performance and profitability
- Develop and manage annual budgets
- Monitor financial performance
- Implement cost control measures
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting
- Support business growth with strategic insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
