Requirements
- Electrician qualification per VDE1000-10, DGUV V3 / BGVA3
- Apprenticeship as electrical engineer or similar, or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable field
- Strong practical skills in wiring, crimping, soldering
- Proficiency with measurement equipment: multimeter, continuity/insulation testers, oscilloscope, LCR meters
- Clear communication (English or German)
- Organization and proactivity
- Detail-oriented approach
- Practical, hands-on approach to installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with DIN/VDE/DGUV basics and safe work practices
- Commitment to safety and high technical standards
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, panel design, control wiring
- Experience supporting complex R&D or scientific equipment installations
- Bonus: PLC/embedded I/O experience
- Bonus: ECAD & labeling systems experience
- Bonus: Vacuum/laser-lab experience
Tasks
- Build and wire critical infrastructure
- Maintain and test electrical components
- Design and document inter- and intrasystem connections
- Wire rack assemblies, control cabinets, and panels
- Advise employees on electronics solutions
- Install and commission electrical parts
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults
- Run acceptance and safety tests
- Manage test records
- Conduct functional testing of assemblies
- Manage tools and inventory
- Maintain workspace
