  • Translate performance data into practical insights
  • Link commercial results to in-store behaviors
  • Conduct structured store visits for coaching and assessment
  • Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching
  • Champion brand DNA and visual identity
  • Ensure strong product storytelling
  • Elevate customer experience
  • Manage and lead new store openings
  • Hire store talents
  • Promote an inclusive, people-first culture
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and engagement
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives
  • Drive timely marketing campaigns
  • Monitor customer metrics
  • Develop improvement plans
  • Communicate with Brand’s HQ functions
  • Collaborate with central retail operations
