- Deliver outstanding commercial results and operational excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Serve as the primary leader for Store Managers
- Drive strong execution of retail standards and people development
- Champion brand expression and continuous improvement
- Connect store teams with headquarters
- Drive accountability, engagement, and performance
- Analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Implement action plans to achieve sales, profitability, and KPI objectives
- Translate performance data into practical insights for Store Managers
- Link commercial results to in-store behaviors and actions
- Conduct structured store visits for coaching and performance assessment
- Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores
- Provide hands-on support and coaching for sustainable improvement
- Champion brand DNA and visual identity
- Ensure strong product storytelling and customer experience
- Manage and lead the opening of new stores
- Hire and develop store talents
- Promote an inclusive, people-first culture
- Ensure teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Execute brand initiatives and marketing campaigns consistently
- Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans
- Communicate with Brand’s HQ functions
- Collaborate with central retail operations
- Drive business and execute brand strategy
- Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations
- Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams
