- Conduct variance analyses and KPI reporting
- Ensure effective reconciliation and cost classification
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting
- Analyze financial and operational trends
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Optimize performance with CEOs
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
- Model scenarios for strategic planning
- Lead financial integration of newly acquired companies
- Align policies and systems
- Implement internal controls
- Deploy standardized SOPs and best practices
- Identify and execute finance process automation
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams
- Maintain strong internal controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
