Requirements

  • Working experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Knowledge of relevant WMS
  • Experience in Warehousing/Logistics environment
  • Communication at all levels
  • Presenting data analysis to stakeholders
  • Timely and accurate reporting delivery
  • Co-ordination and communication with stakeholders
  • Assist in achievement of customer KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English (writing and speaking)

Tasks

  • Communicate with internal clients and third parties
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities using internal systems
  • Provide expertise, solutions, leadership, and training in WMS
  • Initiate best practices for system efficiencies
  • Lead regular and ad-hoc tasks based on project and customer needs
  • Understand and meet agreed customer and internal KPIs
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure results meet or exceed expectations
  • Support financial reporting and operational volume capture
  • Capture operational data and create relevant analysis documentation
  • Present data analysis to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with clerical and operational duties as needed
  • Attend all training programs and apply learned skills

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
